Easter Morning

Easter was cold and rainy this year so our egg hunt was in the living room. This did not upset the boys in the least. When Jack woke up the first words out of his mouth were, "Did the Easter bunny come?". Then it was straight to the living room to check out Easter baskets and hunt for eggs! I think Jack found about 25 eggs and Miles got 2. The good news is that Miles could have cared less- he was perfectly content to sit on the floor, taking his 2 eggs in and out of the basket, shaking and throwing them. Next year though...I predict the competition will be fierce. :)

The Easter bunny brought Jack Moon Sand, egg-shaped sidewalk chalk, bath toys, and chocolate eggs. Miles scored nesting cups and foam letters and numbers for the bathtub.

Later in the afternoon, Jack decorated a bunny cake to bring to Easter dinner at Aunty Debbie's house.
