Spring Break at Grandma and Grandpa's House

We visited Fremont during Jack's spring break and managed to pack a lot of fun into just a few days!

Grandma was ready for Easter! She got the boys these cute truck sand buckets and filled them with Easter goodies.

Marshmallows? Yes, please. Miles wasted no time in getting to the good stuff.

Miles is 2 going on 10. He spent some time at the park working on his soccer skills.

My mom and I took the boys to the Oakland Zoo. Jack is obsessed with big cats and was thrilled to spot this tiger. Not a bad photo for a 4 year old photographer...and it makes up for the other 49 I deleted....shh!

Me and my big kid

Grandma and the boys. Miles is annoyed about something. What? Who knows?!?!

Jack was an excellent map reader

The boys spent a long time checking out the elephants. Watching this one get a drink was fun

Brothers

One night Jack helped Grandma bake a bunny cake. We happily sampled his completed work.

On our last day, the boys and I met up with my friend Kristina and her girls. We spent the morning playing at the park, followed by a picnic. I wanted the boys good and tired for the drive back to Sacramento. It worked!

We didn't think about getting a picture of the kids until after they had eaten PB&J for lunch and played in the sand for 2 hours. You can kind of tell by looking at their dirty faces...but we sure had fun :)
