We celebrated Father's Day with a trip to Zoo Atlanta and a "fishing" ice cream cake that the boys chose themselves
Swimming with new friends
Daddy treated the boys to the lego bat cave - a much needed summer project for the hot and humid days, of which there are many...
Popsicles on the deck with our friends
We visited Daddy at work followed by lunch at Johnny Rockets and a visit to the Lego store (conveniently located right across the street from Evan's office!)
Trying on Daddy's hard hat was surprisingly fun :)
We made a deal with Jack- read 50 books and get a new Lego set. We thought it would take him all summer...he did it in 2 1/2 days! We are clearly rookies.
Jack has been taking tennis lessons on Friday afternoons with some of his friends from school
Tennis is really popular in Georgia and Jack loves it!
Did I mention that it's blazing hot during tennis? Miles and I, rosy cheeks and all. Jack won this lollipop at tennis and gave it to Miles who was kind of bored watching in the heat. Good brothers :)
Fun at our favorite park
Miles- living large at the pool
Our pool membership is worth every penny- we are there just about every day!
Jack decided, on his own, to run a mile on the track at the park. And he did it!
It rained most of the day on the 4th of July, but the skies cleared just long enough to watch the fireworks show downtown. The boys kept busy with sparklers while we waited for the big show.
Love these cuties!
